HUANG Dahui,PhD in Laws (International Politics), Peking University, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor,Director of the East Asian Studies Center, Renmin University of China（RUC）, Director of Center for Research on China's Neighborhood Diplomacy and Security, National Academy of Development and Strategy, Executive Editor of the China Diplomacy journal, RUC.He studied at the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies in Japan,and has been a senior visiting scholar at Rikkyo University, and a distinguished professor at Kobe University. He has long been engaged in research on China’s foreign policy, Japan issue, regional cooperation in East Asia and international relations of East Asia. He hosts major research project in philosophy and social sciencesof the Ministry of Educationon “Evolution of the Asia-Pacific situation and China's Asia-Pacific Strategy”, and “Belt and Road Construction and Neighborhood Diplomacy Strategy Study”project founded byNational Social Science Foundation. He has published several monographs and dozens of research paper on domestic and overseas academic journals.
