Silk Road School visited Guangxi University for inter-college exchange
On the morning of March 14th, Jiang Xiaoli, Deputy Dean of Silk Road School (SRS) and Jiang Luqiang, Student Affairs Assistant of SRS, visited the International College of Guangxi University to investigate matters related to international student enrollment, talent cultivation, and student management. They were warmly received by Deputy Dean Liang Shuhong, Director of the Chinese Language Department Lu Wei, Deputy Director of the Teaching Office Li Chun, and others from International College of Guangxi University.
During the meeting, Liang Shuhong introduced the history of the International College, its enrollment channels, the current status of intercollegiate joint cultivation, and the challenges faced in the process of managing international students' convergence. Jiang Xiaoli presented an overview of SRS's 'Contemporary China Studies' program, its curriculum, and talent cultivation strategies, as well as the international characteristics of its Suzhou campus and the Dushu Lake Higher Education District. Liang Shuhong expressed multiple times that this program is highly attractive to their students. Lu Wei also stated her strong intention to recommend her outstanding students to apply for SRS. Finally, both sides expressed their hope to deepen exchanges and cooperation in the future, aiming to jointly enhance the quality of international student education and cultivate more outstanding international talents.
