Dumplings making is a traditional Chinese custom with rich cultural and historical connotations. Silk Road School(SRS) students from Poland, France, Cambodia, Ghana, Bangladesh, India, Zambia, Liberia and other countries learned how to make dumplings together.
New Year's Eve dinner is one of the most important dietary customs during the Chinese Spring Festival. It originated from the ancient year-end ritual, where people use a sumptuous dinner to worship gods and ancestors, praying for a bountiful harvest and happiness in the coming year.
