The New Year Celebration of Silk Road School(SRS)was held in Student Activity Room. Professor Jiang Xiaoli, Deputy Dean of SRS, attended the event and delivered a speech, wishing the students a smooth study and happy life in the new year.

The window paper-cut means good luck and symbolizes people's expectations for a better life in the New Year.

Calligraphy of Fu

'Fu' means blessing, ranks the first among the six auspicious expression of 'blessing, fortune, longevity, happiness, wealth, auspicious'. Fu culture is an important part of the Chinese excellent traditional culture. Under the guidance of the teachers, the students wrote down their yearning and pursuit for a better life.

Chinese words-passing game

In the part of the game Chinese words-passing, the students' efforts to learn Chinese pronunciation, which made everyone onsite laugh, and they received cheers and applause after successfully passing the sentence. Both players and audience have gained a lot of happiness with laughter filled the room.

Awards ceremony

On the occasion of the celebration, Deputy Dean Jiang Xiaoli presented certificates and prizes to the students who had won the ' Beautiful Suzhou' photo contest of SRS.
